Moved into the Neighborhood in February. I have been ordering Sushi to go from the Sushi Palace at least once a week. I have tried many Sushi restaurants in the Jacksonville area since 2012. The Sushi Palace is tied for the Best Sushi in my Top 3. The Food is always Fresh and Delicious! I have always experienced kind, polite, great customer service. I am always able to pick up my order within 20 minutes. Despite inflation prices going up everywhere....Sushi Palace is very budget friendly compared to other.

I've been coming here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. In fact it's become a favorite for my husband and our family as it's grown. The sushi is amazing and out little loves the steak and noodles. Definitely try the miyazaki roll!

I’ve been coming to this wonderful, family-owned sushi spot for the past eight years, and it truly feels like a second home. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared — every bite is a treat. The restaurant is consistently clean and inviting, and the service is genuinely top-notch. The staff are so warm and friendly, they treat you like family from the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place with such heart and consistency. I have been coming here since I was 12 years old (I’m 25 now) and this place has never missed! The food is so so good and always consistent. It is most definitely my favorite spot of sushi in Jacksonville and has reasonable pricing. I order it on uber eats frequently as well and it’s fresh even with delivery. Check them out!!

First time here from my trip to Jax and it was beyond spectacular. The best sushi I have ever had and the best service I’ve seen in a while. This place is definitely worth a stop.

My fiance and I went to Sushi Palace tonight and totally forgot it was Valentine’s Day. Yes there was a wait but they gave us multiple free items, we told them it wasn’t necessary but they insisted, because of the wait. We totally understood because they phone was always ringing and there were A LOT of to go orders. Unfortunately a few people were rude to the staff due to the wait, even though it was obvious they were insanely busy. We have been here multiple times whether it was to go or inside. They are always amazing and super friendly.

Seriously the best sushi ever. I’ve been going here for over 10 years now and it’s the same people and the same food. It’s amazing. I don’t live nearby anymore so I usually get sushi elsewhere. I stopped by today while I was in the area and I’m eating a spicy tuna roll and it is just so much better than anywhere else. I love it here. I highly recommend it!
